When is check-in and check-out?

Arrival (check-in) is possible from 15:00.
Room release (check-out) by 11:30 am at the latest.

What are the room facilities like?

All rooms are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, flatscreen satellite TV and safe.

Is there WLAN throughout the hotel?

Free WIFI in the entire house.

What services are included in the accommodation price?

The accommodation price includes: Overnight stay with breakfast buffet, use of the outdoor swimming pool and the whirlpool in the garden (summer), use of the Finnish sauna, steam bath and whirlpool (indoor in winter) with free bath towels and bathrobe at the outdoor pool and in the sauna.

Where can I park my car?

You can park your car safely in our large, private car park directly in front of the hotel, which is secured by an access gate.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are only allowed by prior arrangement. We would like to guarantee that there are not too many animals in the house!

When does the wellness area open?

In general, you can use the wellness area from 15:30 - 19:00 by prior appointment.
In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, we ask you to register for the wellness area in good time (we recommend 30 minutes in advance - latest registration at 17:00)

Is there an extra charge for the solarium and infrared sauna?

Yes, please contact the reception.

Is a reservation necessary for the bistro?

Yes, please book in good time. By e-mail or telephone.

What are the cancellation terms?

There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Code (notification in accordance with Part III, Title III, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code, GvD 206/2005) - nevertheless, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:

- Cancellation of your room reservation is possible free of charge up to 7 days before the date of arrival.
- Within 7 days prior to arrival 50% of the total stay will be charged.
- Within 48 hours prior to arrival, 70% of the booked stay will be charged.
- In the event of no-show, 100% of the booked stay will be charged.

For longer stays and larger groups with several rooms, the cancellation conditions can be negotiated individually.

We recommend travel cancellation insurance.

For bookings in August and during the Christmas holidays, special cancellation conditions apply depending on the length of stay and number of rooms booked!

How can I pay? What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay the hotel bill in cash or by credit card (Visa, Master Card).

Can I leave my car after check-out?

If you would like to make a round trip on the following days, or continue your journey by train, you are welcome to park your car free of charge in the meantime.
